The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Gent, just a short walk from the old town, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. The rooms at the top of the building were clean, modern, and pleasant, though the multiple flights of stairs could be challenging for some. The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of breakfast choices.
