Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Gent, just a short walk from the old town, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops. The rooms at the top of the building were clean, modern, and pleasant, though the multiple flights of stairs could be challenging for some. The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff. The dining options were satisfactory, offering a variety of breakfast choices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences that did not detract from the experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this guesthouse! The room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. However, the long climb up six flights of stairs to the bed was a bit tiring and the hole in the settee was a small downside. The service was top-notch, with a friendly host serving a delightful breakfast. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from Ghent city center. The communal dining experience was a treat, offering a chance to mingle with other guests. Overall, a charming place with a few minor quirks.
